FAQs
Is there a deposit required?
Yes. All one-time cleanings require a 50% initial deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service. Recurring cleanings do not require deposits.
What happens if the cleaners need more time due to home condition?
If your home requires extra time due to heavy buildup, clutter, pet hair, or unexpected conditions, we may adjust the price accordingly. We will always communicate changes before continuing.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It’s completely up to you. Many clients provide access instructions (door codes, spare keys, front desk permissions), while others prefer to be home. We respect your privacy and security either way.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24–48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a cleaning. Cancellations made outside this timeframe may incur a fee.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Revive & Shine Cleaning does not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction matters to us—if something was missed or not completed to standard, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will gladly return to correct the issue at no additional cost.
Are your cleaners background checked?
Absolutely. All cleaners are thoroughly vetted, background checked, and trained to ensure professionalism, safety, and quality.
